Episode 1: Rajat’s Surprise at the Police Station
The episode begins with Rajat hurrying to the police station, filled with worry and confusion. He spots Savi from a distance. Shocked, he quickly approaches her cell. “Savi, why are you here?” he asks urgently, noticing her injuries. “How did you get hurt? Please, tell me what’s happened!” Savi remains silent, appearing sad and frightened.
Moments later, Milind arrives, looking concerned as she pleads with the officer. “Please, release Savi. He’s done nothing wrong!” Milind smirks as the officer responds, “We’ll see what the law has to say.” Milind requests to speak with Savi, and the officer instructs a constable to allow him inside. As Milind approaches, Rajat questions him incessantly, “Why didn’t you tell me anything?” Savi remains silent. Rajat turns to Milind, “Why are you here?” Milind replies, “Savi called me. He needs help.” Rajat shakes his head, still puzzled. “Why was he arrested?”
Season 2: The Stranger Things
The officer intervenes, explaining, “Savi is accused of threatening a colleague. The allegation is that she threatened to harm her mother if the colleague didn’t comply.” Rajat and Milind exchange looks of disbelief. “Savi would never say that!” Rajat asserts. Milind concurs, stating firmly, “This must be a misunderstanding.”
The officer, maintaining a serious demeanor, says, “We have to adhere to the law. Who filed the complaint?” Rajat inquires. “Tapsi,” the officer answers. Rajat’s eyes widen in shock. “But…!” he exclaims, before asking, “Is there a warrant for Savi’s arrest?” The officer shakes his head, “No warrant is needed for such threats.”
Rajat argues, “You can’t detain her without a warrant!” After a heated exchange, Rajat manages to secure Savi’s release. He gently escorts her out and tends to her injuries. “Please, Savi, tell me the truth,” he implores. Savi responds softly, “I’ll explain everything, but only when everyone is gathered.”
Season 3: Family Tensions at Home
Upon reaching home, they find Bhagyashree anxiously awaiting their arrival. “Savi, what happened? Where have you been?” she asks with concern. Savi takes a deep breath, “I’ll explain everything once everyone is here.”
Tara enters the room with Jigar as the entire family assembles. Savi knows it’s time to reveal the truth. “There’s something important I need to share,” Savi begins, her voice quivering. “Jigar attempted to murder me. He also tried to assault me.” Silence envelops the room as the family processes her words. Tara, visibly shocked, says quickly, “You shouldn’t make such allegations! Bhagyashree advised you to refrain from discussing this.”
Nonetheless, Savi insists, “Jigar did this.” Rajat, visibly upset, asks, “Is this the first instance?” Savi shakes her head, recounting past abuses by Jigar. “I didn’t want to say anything until I could provide proof,” she explains.
Episode 4: The Charges Against Jigar
Continuing with resolve, Savi says, “He also attempted to assault Tapsi while we were in Canada. Upon returning, he tried it with me again,” she reveals. Rajat, taken aback, questions, “Why didn’t you tell me sooner?” Savi explains she waited for him to return home. “However, when I was alone with him, he attacked me again. I fled to my parents’ home, but it was locked, so I went to the police station,” she recounts.
Rajat asks, “How did you end up in jail?” Savi responds that she and Tapsi had intended to lodge a complaint together, but Tapsi turned against them. “I suspect Jigar blackmailed Tapsi,” Savi speculates.
Scene 5: Heightening Family Tensions
Annoyed, Tara steps forward. “Don’t blame my wife! What have we done wrong?” he demands angrily. Jigar attempts to de-escalate, “I’m willing to take responsibility for this.” Bhagyashree quickly interjects, “No, don’t say that! I trust my family won’t do such things.”
Tara urges Jigar to defend himself. “Don’t take the blame for something you didn’t do!” he presses. But Jigar, defeated, says, “I regret staying here. I can’t remain.” Taken aback, the family tries to convince him to stay, expressing their belief in him.
Episode 6: Jigar’s Decision to Leave
Standing firm, Jigar announces, “I shouldn’t have come here as a live-in son-in-law. I must leave.” Horrified, Tara turns to Rajat and pleads, “Please don’t let this allegation destroy Savi’s life.” Nevertheless, Savi stands her ground, “It’s time to accept the truth. Let it go,” she declares courageously.
Before departing, Jigar shows Tara a message on his phone from Savi. Tara’s expression turns pale upon reading it. Shocked, he lashes out at Savi. The entire family watches in astonishment and horror. The episode ends with everyone standing in disbelief, uncertain of whom to trust regarding the truth about Jigar and Savi.
