Anupama reflects the first rule of business—patience—that she learned from a successful Gujarati businessman. Anuj smiles, appreciating her intelligence. Sagar exclaims that word of mouth is effective promotion, and one customer will bring in more. Indra and Bala assure Anupama that business will improve. Bala mentions that this catering is necessary due to property tax, to which Anupama responds that it is fine and Asha Bhavan will prosper. Anuj offers to help Sagar by distributing pamphlets, and Anupama expresses her gratitude, thinking that Anuj is the best. He then wonders why Meenu and Kinjal have not come yet. Meanwhile, Nandita recalls Dimpy accusing her and asks Kanha ji to send her the first customer.
Family disputes and grievances
Toshu expresses his disagreement with Banaraj, who believes that his assumptions are wrong. Pakhi tells Banraj that Meenu is acting like a perfect niece and Titu is acting like a perfect son-in-law. Indra notices that no one has come to the stall yet, though it is already late afternoon. He worries that if no one comes, the food will go to waste. Anupama, however, suggests that they not cook dinner and eat whatever is there. Anuj, Sagar and others distribute pamphlets to attract customers. Anuj talks to a lady in English, informing her about Anupam’s stall, while Sagar notices that Anuj is slowly returning to his old self. Megha, thinking of surprising Adhya with the poster, catches Anuj’s attention while she is talking to someone. A tiffin arrives, allegedly sent by the dean of the college, and Anupama finds chocolate in it.
He plans to give the remaining chocolate to Sagar but finds it difficult to read a chit inside the tiffin as it is covered in chocolate. Megha, while leaving, accidentally drops her key chain and Anuj calls her to return it. Megha ignores him and leaves, asking Anuj to follow her. Anupama tries to clean the chocolate from the cheat but still can’t read it. Megha, Dean and the others finally return home, where Aaradhya asks if it was Dean who sent the tiffin, to which he replies in the affirmative. Megha, feeling emotional, tells Adhya that she misses him and hugs him, while Adhya eagerly waits for Anupama.

Megha then forces Adhyay to eat jalebi despite Adhyay’s protest. Aaradhya tells Megha that her Priya might like it, but she doesn’t. He then tries to leave but is stopped when Megha asks if he has done something wrong. Dean explains that teenagers sometimes behave this way and advises Megha to give Aaradhya her freedom. However, Megha’s troubled mind takes a dark turn as she contemplates harming herself and even Adhya. Anuj stays close by when Adhyay can’t stay any longer and decides to leave with his trolley. Megha, panicked, threatens Adhya, warning her not to leave.
Adhyay stops when Megha threatens to call the police and Shishu Kalyan, who claim he will find him and send him back to the US. Aadhya, now scared, remembers her experience in the US and hesitates. Megha continues to manipulate Aardhya, convincing her that the outside world is dangerous and that she should stay with her mother. Aaradhya entered the room as the doorbell rang and Megha opened the door to find Anuj standing there. Anuj drops the key chain in Megha’s hand and Megha thanks him. Anuj informs them about the food prepared at Anupam’s stall and gives them a pamphlet. Dean admits this, while Anuj notices a drawing made by Adhya. Dean then closes the door, leaving Aaradhya hoping that Anupama will come looking for him.
